ME 3200: Mechatronics I, as a Grader and a Teaching Assistant where I teach students the use of various tools required for building a robot such as sensors (IR, Sonar, Magnetic), actuators (motors), programming (C and Arduino) and wireless communication (Xbee). ME 3210: Mechatronics II, as a Teaching Assistant where I help students in integrating the concepts they learn in ME3200 and build a robot that is capable of performing the task given to students at the start of their semester.

Developing a platform for detecting a particular type of fungus growing specifically in vineyards using quadrotor as a platform that is used for surveying the vineyards.The Quadrotor is capable of autonomously taking off and perching using visual data from the camera attached at the bottom of the quadrotor. Visual data is used for both detecting the perch as well as determining the condition of the crops.I was responsible for developing the control system and visual servoing algorithm and integrating both of them to work in tandem.

Gained Experience in working with PIC/Micro controllers. We developed a device to map a person’s sound profile by measuring the pressure generated by their vocal cords to make specific sounds, this was instrumental in identifying vocal proficiency abnormalities.
