SWAMI Home, Elderlink, Sembawang, Singapore (Final Year Project) 2007-2009 PROJECT TEAM LEADER: Process Improvement in Inventory Management system for an in-house pharmacy. Gained knowledge in Process Improvement, Six Sigma Methodologies, Inventory Management, creating Excel Check sheets and took part in system start up and implementation. Designed and installed Inventory Monitoring system which effectively reduced up to 40 working hours per month.
