Defining and deliver strategic technology roadmap (3-5 years) to power growth ambitions of C&I Business in Australia. Key projects include: 1. Working with Hydro Tasmania's Victorian retail subsidiary Momentum Energy on Payment Difficulty Framework Project (Regulatory/Compliance project originating from changes proposed to Victorian Energy Retail Code recommended by Essential Services Commission). Working as a Business Analyst looking with primary focus on system (Salesforce, Orion/Billing and Collections), process and people changes to undertake this mandatory program to make Momentum Energy compliant with proposed regulation changes.

Major Projects undertaken:1) Commissioning Allegro (ETRM Application) implementation for Trading Team at Hydro Tasmania. Making the application operational for Trading desk, Middle Office and Back Office Teams and providing continual post go live support and enhancements to the application and business teams involved.Working as product owner with team of developers following agile framework. Maintaining product backlog with an eye on future road map and delivering business prioritized work in continual sprint cycles. 2) Revenue Assurance Business function: Project to assist critical Revenue assurance function for Momentum Energy (Retail subsidiary) to identify the energy/financial gaps and minimize revenue losses.3) Pricing Variation Project: Project to assist Momentum Energy in making annual retail pricing discovery as part of annual victorian price increases. Also rolled out the project to implement pricing variation (6 monthly) for SA, NSW and QLD regions.4) Payment Difficulty Framework: Implementing changes to support regulatory and compliance obligation proposed in Victoria by Essential Services Commission as part of Victorian Energy Retail Code changes.

Started as a Graduate trainee at INFOSYS and moved across various roles, (ORACLE middle ware developer, Graduate Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst) having worked across multiple global client engagements.
