Worked as a Software Engineer in German project and the core strength of the project was pattern matching using regular expressions.Company use to capture the data manually for all the balance sheets for DNB and Yellow pages. There were around 90 persons’ team and they use to do data punching. Our group developed one application for them to parse the websites and do the punching. This automation saved 90% of time and improved the efficiency of the system.
