They receive critical feedback and many were praised for the quality of their reports by the judges.We also host a very successful speaker series, inviting speakers from the biggest asset management and buy-side firms. We also had the pleasure of inviting Duncan Perry, ex-COO of Amaranth Hedge Fund and ex-COO at Barclays who shared his amazing stories with us students.We also founded the first ever edition of the UK Finance League held in London's the Shard. Analysts from the top investing societies in the best universities around the UK are brought together to pitch stocks in front of industry professionals. There are networking sessions during lunch time and judges provide critical feedback to each team. At the end of the event, one team is crowned winner and gets the opportunity to participate in the competition again without applying.
