As the Director of Site Account Management and the Global Product Line Manager, I led the strategy to revolutionalize the customer experience by collaborating with cardiovascular, neurovascular and other medical device customers to develop highly technical products using our proprietary and efficient processes, with a quality mindset, and speed to market. MY ROLE:My role as the first touch point to our customers in the medical device market is to enhance value. As the liaison between the customer and our cross-functional global teams, I inspire my colleagues to execute our customer’s needs.MY PROMISE:My customers count on me to be a trusted and forthright partner and to deliver an exceptional quality product.
