My PhD thesis, supervised by Dr. Robert Pantazes, focuses on the development of in-silico tools for quicker and efficient binding protein design along with their experimental verification.- Set up computational protocols in three forcefields: Rosetta, AMBER and CHARMM for protein analysis (energy minimization, molecular dynamics etc. ) for research group - Deepened understanding about the computational properties of stable protein binding interface that aided in the development of my work and future projects for group - Developed AUBIE (Algorithm for Ultra-Fast Binding Interaction Engineering), a computational tool for the quick de-novo design of antibodies and other binding proteins for target epitopes- Developed a novel interaction-oriented docking approach for binding protein design that simultaneously incorporates beneficial mutations- Work regarding experimental generation and binding verification of binding antibodies designed with above mentioned tools using ELISA planned for Spring 2022- Given oral presentations at three AIChE national conferences (2018, 2019, 2020)
