• Recruited and led a diverse national executive team of 12 individuals for delivering services to a network of 3000+ members spread across 40+ local offices.• Spearheaded the transition the organisation needed in order to adapt to the challenges caused by the onset of the CoVid-19 pandemic. This involved supervision over crucial facets such as a) Revamp of the financial budget and model b) Operational stance as an organisation across diverse products & portfolios c) Adapting the way we executed our conferences and engaged with our target audiences and partners d) Revamping existing products to adapt to a remote format of functioning and creation of new revenue generating products for the short & long term future.• Directly supervised over the governing body comprising of 40+ Local Committee Heads.• In synergy with the VP Finance & Legal, oversaw the functioning and governance of national and local finances that are in the excess of 500,000 USD.• Headed Stakeholder management with AIESEC Alumni (30,000+) and reported finances and operations to the Board of Advisors of AIESEC India that consist of various high net worth individuals (HNI’s).• Represented India as Country Head in 10+ global summits.• Additional role included being 1 of the 12 Country Directors chosen to consult and feedback the Global Office (based out of Montreal, Canada) and Global Strategy Subteam on the effectiveness of global strategies and assist with establishing the roadmap to map out the long term direction of the organisation.

• Was a part of the National Executive Team comprising of 21 people from around the world who governed the functioning of the 40+ AIESEC offices spread Pan-India.• Primary job role involved being the end responsible within the National Team for the coaching, growth and operational performance of the AIESEC offices located in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jaipur, Manipal, Pune & Surat.• Secondary job role involved being a part of the 5 person “Organisational Development” sub team that dealt with creation and execution of long term growth strategies for the organisation.• Created the "Operations Planning Framework" that was implemented by all offices across the network for strategic operations planning.• Created and executed the National Rewards and Recognition Campaign for AIESEC in India.
