My previous startup - ROW is running successfully (India Company). ROW is being run by a team who have an unbelievable passion. I actively mentor first-generation entrepreneurs looking at starting out on their own and help them by VC contacts, negotiating funding, start-up strategy, introduction to brand and media owners and all kinds of service providers. My ambition is to own a billion dollar company.

Worked with IBM as a business solutions consultant & helped industry head of automotive domain to create "Global Auto Value Net Matrix" for opportunities pipeline worth $1B. Worked with consumer electronics vertical head to create the strategic center of competency presentation to showcase IBM strengths to potential clients & win more accounts. I worked in the Energy & Utility industry starting with client Energy Australia where I was part of a smart grid solutions project & helped the team in excelling client communications & to deliver the project on time. I traveled to USA to work for "Vendor Recommendation" assignment in Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Project for client SEMPRA based in San Diego, South California & helped team deliver multi-million dollar project, later the same presentation was declared as benchmark for vendor recommendations in all CBM projects saving 20% of cost for IBM clients. I also worked with Client South California Edison (SCE) in Los Angeles, South California for Advance Metering Management (AMM) project that involved the harvesting of the Project Assets developed in the full stage-wise PLC that was reused by similar projects across IBM saving $20M every year. I authored an article on “Distributed Generation” focused on the Regional DG Developments in the “New Era in Energy”, that was published in the “IBM Energy and Utilities Project Book” in the year 2011. It was co-authored by Mal Cobel, Head, Communications Sector, Utilities, Australia. IBM's marketing team used this article to strengthen smarter energy solutions and to build revenue opportunities in the energy sector in Asia. Staying with IBM was one of the most phenomenal experiences in terms of managing people, teams, clients and cross-cultural business expectations. I moved back to India and worked on business & IT consulting projects for American Express, Unilever & Vodafone before leaving the company in Sep 2012 and founding own venture ROW (Return On Web).

I was working on a project to improve the sales and market reach for VFD drives and it resulted in generating revenue pipelines of $8M. I met with the top management and decision-makers across states in India. It was one of the most phenomenal experience in terms of meeting new people and generating a new market for Danfoss.

Here I did a crud oil distillation project under refining division to improve the energy efficiency of refinery that resulted in to yearly savings of up to $5M. It was a great experience of working in one of the best & biggest refinery in the world and apply concepts of engineering in to industry.
