Board member for the Foundation at the Singapore American School, the first American international school in Singapore founded in 1925. The Foundation focuses on capital raising and management of the Foundation funds and the use of those funds in day to day operations of the school.

Board member of the University of Southern California Lusk Center. The Lusk Center seeks to advance real estate knowledge, inform business practice, and address timely issues that affect the real estate industry, the urban economy, and public policy nationally and in Southern California in particular.

Engaged by the Founder and the Board of Directors, consisting of venture capital investors, to turnaround a struggling real estate financial technology firm that leveraged technology and big data to more efficiently originate, underwrite, and price commercial mortgage risk. Executed on a strategic operational plan to extend remaining 6 months of runway to allow for execution and re-launch of brand, marketing strategy, and technology re-boot to quickly scale operations leading to a successful exit to a strategic buyer.

Held three primary positions during 11 year tenure which were focused on acquisitions for the Colony Opportunity Fund family, high yield debt acquisitions and originations for the Distressed Credit Fund family and Colony Financial Mortgage REIT, and corporate restructurings of real estate operating companies related to investments within the above fund families.
