As an Intern and one of the initial members of Sensiboo, a startup focused on revolutionizing early childhood development, I am contributing to the development of a biometric device and an application as part of the SensiSupport product.In this fast-paced startup environment, my responsibilities extend beyond just technical tasks. I am actively involved in various facets of the project, from concept to deployment, ensuring that our solutions are not only technologically robust but also user-friendly and impactful. My work contributes directly to a product that aims to enhance parent-child interactions and support early developmental interventions.

As part of the Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) at the University of Utah, I worked as a Research Assistant in the NeuroRobotics Lab headed by Professor Jacob A. George. The NeuroRobotics Lab is an interdisciplinary lab joint between the College of Engineering and the School of Medicine, that uses robotics and sensorimotor neural engineering to assist and rehabilitate individuals with life-altering neuromuscular impairments (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, limb loss).During my tenure, I worked with Professor Jacob A. George, Caleb J. Thomson, Connor D. Olsen and Jaden Tu. Our research focused on enhancing upper-limb function for stroke patients with chronic hemiparesis through an advanced EMG-controlled exoskeleton. We aimed to improve the fine motor control over the MyoPro exoskeleton with a wrist add-on extension.My key contributions included:• Project Leadership: Spearheaded the research project, coordinated efforts among team members and ensured milestones were met.• Model Development: Developed and evaluated classification models (KNN and CNN) to facilitate intuitive control of the exoskeleton for five distinct movements: hand grasp/open, wrist pronate/supinate, and rest.• Data Analysis: Conducted comprehensive offline analyses using pre-recorded datasets, demonstrating that the KNN model achieved higher accuracies (95.90 ± 3.17%) and faster prediction times compared to the CNN model.• Research Findings: Authored an article for the Undergraduate Research Journal RANGE, highlighting the feasibility of integrating wrist control into EMG exoskeletons and the potential for further online clinical trials. I presented my findings at the Undergraduate Research Symposium at the University of Utah.

As the leader of the Brain Computer Interface Car Project, I managed a multidisciplinary team of 15 members in a dynamic Scrum Agile framework. Our mission was to engineer an Arduino-enabled car that could be maneuvered remotely through brain signals. To record brain signals and train machine learning models, we used the Neurosity Crown headset. We developed and fine-tuned Machine Learning models to classify EEG signals in real-time to facilitate intuitive car maneuvering.

As a Software Developer Intern at MhyMatch Headhunters Pvt. Ltd., I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of an innovative AI-powered resume tool. My key responsibilities included:- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Performed a comprehensive analysis of competing resume tools, deriving valuable insights to enhance the user experience.- Product Feature Development: Collaborated with the Founder and CEO to identify and prioritize essential product features, based on market needs.- Technical Development: Developed conversational UI components and implemented machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques to improve the tool's functionality. Proficiently integrated APIs such as OpenAI, GCP, Whatsapp, and Twilio. Led chatbot development using Language Learning Models (LLMs), optimized prompt engineering, and facilitated multimodal input processing.- Project Management & Documentation: Managed complex project aspects, documented the development process, and prepared comprehensive project plans with Gantt charts.My proactive approach, technical proficiency, and team collaboration skills were pivotal in enhancing the product's user experience and functionality.

As the Project Manager for the 'Urinalysis' device project, I oversaw an 8-member team to design an automated urine analysis device using microscopic imaging and spectrometry. Leveraging Jira for efficient progress tracking, I facilitated clear communication, streamlined workflows, and ensured we met project milestones with precision.

I have consistently pursued inter-school MUN conferences and won awards at national MUNs in the Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh circuits.In the Shri MUN Club, I held the leadership position of the MUN Mentor. As the mentor, I designed an 8-week training module for 200+ students from grades 6-12. In the training sessions, we took the MUN aspirants through the complete process of an MUN conference and taught them the skills necessary to perform well as a delegate. This included workshops on research, speeches, lobbying, and documentation. At the end, we simulated an MUN Conference to allow the students and their mentors to evaluate their progress and learning. I then mentored a select few students from these training sessions for school delegations to inter-school MUNs where they won accolades.Later in the year, we held specific skill-building workshops for 6 weeks. These workshops were for students who wanted to learn and practice skills of crisis management and appropriate documentation. We simulated situations related to relevant issues at the time, such as the Taliban’s actions in Afghanistan.

At the Space Settlement and Design Competition, our team participated at 3 different levels – School, National, and Asian Regional rounds. Around 30 schools had qualified for the Asian Regional round from India, China, Pakistan, Iran, UAE, and Thailand. As a team, we proposed the plans for design, development, and construction for ‘Astoria’, a space settlement in the Asteroid Belt, set in the year 2081. As head of the Automation Design and Robotics Department, I was responsible for facilitating communication between the HODs, the President, the other heads of the company, and the members of my department. My other managerial responsibilities included outlining the construction schedule, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and working through the language barriers to ensure smooth operations. My technical responsibilities included using CAD to design the security displays for the control room and the robots purposed for construction, repair, and automated services inside the settlement. I also designed the autonomous robotic surgical station inspired by my learnings over the years. I was the key speaker of our department during the presentation of the proposal to the judges.

I worked as an intern at EFKON India, where I learned more about Artificial Intelligence and its applications in the technology industry. I worked on projects based on Image Recognition and Deep Learning under the guidance of US Raghavender.- Assisted in the Machine Learning project on Personality and Career Assessment.- Learned data preparation and cleaning techniques- Learned and implemented ML algorithms such as KNN, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees in projects.

I interned with the NGO Sampoorna Manosthiti to help in Project Ahara, an initiative to employ women of the low-income class who had lost their livelihoods during the pandemic. The women produced cotton masks which were later distributed free of costI worked in Marketing Team and as a fundraiser. I wrote appeal messages and updated the website and the project's profile on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. I helped host a fundraising essay-writing competition. We collectively raised 1500$+ via crowdfunding. I learned to be flexibleand took on miscellaneous tasks and roles.

As part of the Editorial Team at Scottish High International School, I wrote, designed, and curated the content for the school's monthly newsletter, Northwind, and the annual publication, Highwriter. I reached out to cartoonists and artists for illustrations to complement the articles in the school magazines.- Devised strategies to encourage readership and conducted surveys.- Wrote and edited articles on 'International Mindedness' for the Highwriter- Wrote an article on 'Thunberg Phenomenon' for the Northwind- Assisted with artwork for IRC report.
