Key responsibilities:Preparing drawings in accordance with project specification and site condition.Preparing work plan for the MEP team based on the clearance schedule given by the civil team.Manage and supervise the daily activity of all technical teamRespond to in prompt and efficient manner to all issues at site and providing solutions.Carrying out site inspections and monitoring the benchmark of work schedule.Raising WIR and assisting the QAQC engineer in getting approval from the client and consultant inspectors.Preparing and maintaining documents and reports and sharing the same with the project manager.Ensuring all safety documents are in order before commencing of any work at site.Analyzing technical drawings and making the necessary changes as per site condition to meet the requirements of the clients .Preparing work plan for the MEP team based on the clearance schedule given by the civil team.Preparing and maintaining work permits.Preparing ITP for all MEP related works.Providing technical support to team & supervising progress of the team to achieve said targets.Responsible for Estimating & preparing MR for all the materials, accessories and daily useable required , And following up with suppliers on the delivery.Solving engineering issues at work site with discussion with concerned senior engineers.Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, ADDC & ADM Specifications. Ensuring that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.Raising inspections and getting approvals from the consultant & Client. Following up with the subcontractors work and for seeing that the work has been carried out as per the approved SD and up to company and client standards also fulfilling the ADDC & ADM specifications.

• Currently working as a Graduate Trainee Engineer responsible for timely maintenance of all the machinery involved• Responsibilities includes routine inspection of the processes and troubleshooting the issues related to these processes• Maintaining the energy consumption report on a timely basis to make sure the levels are in acceptable limits.• Tracking the energy usage of all the equipment’s and reporting the same to higher officials on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Responsible for accessing the raw materials used for processes and report on flaws and issues related to it.• Responsible for quality assurance on the raw materials used. Planning and execution of reduction of raw material wastages.• For the plates production process, working towards tracking the number of plates produced and making sure the production takes place with maximum efficiency• Inspection of the production batches in order to maintain high standards and efficient output quality of the items produced.• Documenting all the tasks and responsibilities completed, and reporting it to the higher officials on a timely manner.• Quality assurance of all the product outputs and reporting the results for any discrepancies or issues
