On Nov 18 2021, I joined the amazing 'BHIVE Workspace' family, Bangalore as an MT - Human Resource and soon got promoted to Associate - Human Resources in the month of July 2022. I have been actively involved in hiring great talent/building high-performing teams and carrying out general HR Operations for our fast-growing Co-working and managed office spaces platform BHIVE Workspace and our fintech investment platform BHIVE Alternatives . Started off my career as an HR Associate for an educational institution in Mangalore City.My first experience as an HR Associate, to sum it up briefly, entailed recruiting potential staff for the college and to support the administration in daily tasks.
