- Started the direction of the recommender systems in the RnD ML Department. - Created ML models for the spheres E-Com (FMCG, and general retail), Sound-streaming, SberDevices Apps Catalog, and News. Uplifted the income, retention, and time spent (different models had different key metrics), exact values are under the NDA. - Managed the team of Senior DS developers. The team provided not only successful models but also scientific articles, 2 of which have been published in the Archive. - Started the recommenders systems department in the RnD ML.

- Backup of Head of DS, the DS/DE/DA processes building, and management.- Participating in the AGI direction processes, business development, communication with the community- Expertise in Andrey Kurpatov's methodology in human behavior particularities, neuroscientific understanding of the processes. Together with Tanya Smirnova I'm responsible for organizing offline meetups, portfolio reviews and more for the members and friends of Behance in Russia (Moscow). Providing the Behance Russia Top-5 contest with Maria Dukhalova. Helping ambassadors in the other Russian cities to communicate with creative professionals. We're also providing some media-content for the Russian-speaking creative community (more than 6000 people).
