The product that I'm leading at helps sellers on various Russian marketplaces to do accounting and pay taxes because the formal government requirements are too complex. Also, I'm a lead PM for Monebox feature - which makes savings from transactions to the bank account and pays taxes automatically.The metrics I'm working with are: MAU: the goal is to increase, number of complaints (or support requests): the goal is to decrease and churn: the goal is to decrease.
