Description Job• Perform failure analysis on FUJI XEROX Print head and provide root cause to improve test yield• Debug and rework defect PCBA boards, which include BGA rework.• Technical support for RMA boards• Maintain & controls debug WIP as per goals setting by supervisor• Liase with other support groups for Failure Analysis issues and participate in the problem solving and improvement activities• Define and establish product configuration and Failure Analysis flow / control.• Improving the Functional Test Methods• Ensure Product line scrap cost is within Dept’s set target• Prepare RTV report to SQE• Participate Company Internal Kaizen workshop (IKW) and SGA• Two months once submit CIMA-CIMA Kaizen• Preparing daily report, weekly Customer Pareto, Scrap report and monthly invoice.• Prepare Concentration Diagram for FA. -To ensure all work instruction and SOPs are displayed and followed.- To maintain and improve on FA Lab floor Quality System and process flow.- To lead and initiate continuous improvement project in FA. - To ensure tools, machines and all facilities are well maintained.- Responsible to increase output, to reduce rejects and make sure achieve target- Daily issue follows up- Work closely with planner to monitor urgent delivery goods.- Ensure department KPI are achieved.- Other assignments given by management-Supervise, motivate and manage the team.- -Prepare power point slide for the failure and send to customer.- Attend conferences call with customers.
