Position Overview:As a Recruiter at Workfreaks, you play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of our clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring requirements to successfully placing candidates, ensuring a seamless process for both hiring managers and candidates. This role requires a strong ability to identify and attract talent, along with a focus on creating positive experiences for all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and networking events.2. Screening & Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.5. Reporting & Metrics:Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-danterviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.3. Candidate Management:Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.Administer skills assessments and psychometric tests when required.4. Offer Management & Negotiation:Collaborate with hiring managers to draft compelling job offers.Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
