Current• Extensive experience in technology hiring, Stake holder management.• Laterals hiring, leadership hiring/niche-critical hiring and fresher hiring.• Expertise in understanding the Business needs and making action plan to achieve the deliverable timely.• Extensively involved in full recruitment life cycle from getting the job requisition from business & hiring managers to the final selection of the candidate.• Understanding and analyzing the requirements by interacting with business and functional leaders.Screening each Profile before submitting it to the Hiring Manager.• Figure out various effective channels of recruitment and build network to ensure the same.• Having weekly review meeting with the business head, delivery head, hiring managers to discuss the current hiring status, future workforce demands, pipeline joiners, quality of hire to close requisition.• Maintaining continuous candidate’s engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-join attrition.• Having weekly/monthly pipeline review meetings with the hiring managers and group heads to discuss the status and plan strategies.
