- As Warehouse Operations Manager, I will be required to provide support to the Warehouse Manager by overseeing operations of the warehouse on a daily basis.- Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system to accurately monitor stock levels- Maintaining an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock- Working closely with sales, purchasing, and other relevant departments to organize the efficient flow of inventory- Ensuring that inventory and warehouse staff follow relevant regulations- Stock taking is physically counting the stock items and comparing them to the company’s computerized records.

- IT Support are responsible for maintaining the company's computer services and equipment. Their duties can include troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity.

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided- Employees Management (work rotas, training, assign tasks etc.)
