I am currently heading the combined functions of Asset Integrity and Reliability for both Fixed and Rotating Assets in the Refinery. I am responsible for rolling out comprehensive asset strategies for all asset types based on Industry Best Practices.

I was appointed to manage all refinery assets besides fixed equipment. Noteworthy Career Highlights in this role include • Achieved first quarter KPIs on operational availability, such as clock resets and COI or LPO levels • Presented 2 articles in Vibration magazine from Vibration Institute • Presented Bad Actor Analysis of Slurry Pumps paper at International Applied Reliability Symposium 2013 Singapore • Presented a case study on dry gas seal failures at Texas A&M Turbomachinery Symposium Sep 2014, Houston • A key member of the Advisory Committee for Asia Turbomachinery Symposium Singapore 2016 and 2018 • Presented 5 papers as SME in 3 key discussions relating to rotary machinery, including reduction of carbon footprint, which was reprinted in Turbomachinery International Magazine in 2019 • Executed turbomachinery retrofit projects for dry gas, energy saving by replacing condensing turbine with VSD motor and back pressure steam turbine, conversion of an electronic governor for drivers and anti-surge system upgrades.. Some key measurable improvements include remaining in first quartile availability performance for the refinery, Moved MTBF of pumps and reciprocating compressors from second and third quartile to first quartile within span of 5 years. My responsibilities included managing rotating machinery in the largest units, including RCC (FCC), Alkylation, Hydrogen plant and Hydrotreator. I was responsible for improving reliability by eliminating bad actors and resolving reliability concerns in major turbomachinery

Was responsible for Sales for Asia Pacific region ( complete ) for AMS Suite range of products ( software solutions) and 375 configurator . Increased sales by over 20% each year

Intially joined as Technical Manager and was moved to be responsible for Dry Gas Seals & other speciality products Sales in AP region . Increased sales by over 25% a year

Was responsible for providing consulation services for machinery diagnostics and advanced vibration , Noise,strain ,torsional vibration analysis . Was trainer for Vibration Institute certification courses Cat 2 & 3. Provided Asset Management consulting for power plants in Indonesia ( PJB).

Joined as Reliability Engineer in worlds largest EG plant , Later was trnasferred to Project group to handle projects involving minor expnasions in the plant

Joined as Graduate Engineer in their Patlganaga facility and worked as Maintenance engineer in Utility section and later to the Engineering services group for the whole site with responsbility for condition monitoring and major rotating equipment support services.
