Production Engineer
Current• To Be Responsible for overseeing that the production target is achieved with acceptable quality in means of routing, aesthetic appearance, packing and specifications required by the customers. • To test the PCB Sub assemblies and to integrate the machines according to the production target for the month.• To Evaluate and write CAPA-Corrective Action Reports, and follow through on implementation of rework and process changes. • To train the team members by means of establishing standardized work chart.• To do Time Study, Motion Study and Method Study.• To Implement ECN, PRN changes by interacting with Engineering Department in regular production activities and maintaining relevant records of them.• To maintain records such as Bill of Materials [BOM], Assembly layout diagrams, for the related Electronic assemblies.• To be Responsible for creating necessary Manufacturing documents / Instructions for production floor operators and technicians for efficient and zero defect manufacturing. • To convey the core causes of failures and Assembly related problems to R&D department which arises during testing processes and forwarding it to them through PPI.• To conduct training classes and to demonstrate the professional way of working for the co-workers.• To Design tool/fixture equipment requirements, specifications and budgets.• To Achieve the PQCDSM (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery,safety, Morality) Target.• To Make use of computer proficiency and enhance the production levels through developing visual display.• To Do the documentation of production procedures and (QSP) Quality System Procedures.• Gained proficiency in MS-office packages like excel and word, Power Point and performed calculations like production related data.• Ensure the rigid implementation of all production and scrap reporting procedures and high level of health and safety. Adept at managing the training needs of the workers.
