Currento RECRUITMENTo HR OPERATIONS Conducting HR interview of the candidates, negotiating salary, date of Joining, conductingReference check. Conducting Exit Interviews, Attrition Analysis. Sharing Salary inputs to the payroll team during the monthly Payroll cycle. Ensuring employees are covered under Medical Insurance - Coordination and preparation of employee and dependent data and sharing it with the Insurance team. Circulation of Medical Cards and handling issues and queries. Preparing Final Settlement statements and coordinating with Finance and Admin team for Final Settlements.o HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM Up to date maintenance of the Employee file. Ensuring it contains all mandatory joining documents, statutory forms and maintaining the records. Maintaining Employee Master Database, Exit employee details and sharing it with the payroll team.o ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT Creating Biometric access to the new employees, updating employee details into ESSL Software. Preparing Holiday List for different states of India as per law and circulating it across Field Force. Collecting Attendance sheets from region heads from PAN India for field employees. Generating Attendance Sheet for Head Office, Security, Preparing Reports, Preparing Form T and sharing it with the Payroll team. Maintaining Leave Balance of Employees.o PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Handled End to End Appraisal cycle for four divisions (BLS, FMCG, Head Office and Regional Office). Handled Self-Appraisal, Managers rating. Collecting the appraisal forms from all the Managers, Achievement data from the SFE Team. Evaluate the rating, work on the Salary Increments, Promotions in consultation with the management and provide inputs to payroll.o EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND WELFARE Have been part of Sports Committee in the company. Organized many Sports Events for the Employees every month.
