Current• As a Governance lead supporting the entire Recruitment and HR Enablement Team on Recruitment, Hire to Retire, Data Management and Auditing, Cost and Budgeting, Issue Management and building various Management Dashboards using Power BI alongside Supporting Onboarding and NHO.• Leading Internal Projects under Recruitment Team on Governance Auditing, Modern Hire, Process Simplification, Everest, Digital Onboarding tool etc. Responsible for UAT sign off, tool performance and adoption.• Monthly reconciliation on Recruitment Budgeting and allocation of Accruals on Various Bonus Pays and CPH, Head Count with Costing and Attrition Analysis.• Closely working with Finance team, Talent Recruiters and HR Enablement services on the data correction, validation, and publishing across EY GDS Locations including on Data Management, Auditing, and standardizing process and policies.• POC for Internal and External Auditors on ISQM, HITRUST, ISO Audits.• Managing employee and management surveys, Time sheet and leave management, Reimbursement Concur payouts, Utilization and Productivity Tracker, Training calendar.• Organizing Trainings to Talent team on the SuccessFactors module of Recruitment and adherence to process. Manage access to SuccessFactors systems and Recruitment applications to the resources and train them over the usage.
