Project Management:  Working on ‘Global Strategic’ projects spread across EMEA, APAC and Americas regions. Study business documents to effectively prepare Investment case for strategic projects. Preparation of Project charter, assess and identify the team and key stakeholders as per project goals. Develop and document project planning considerations, objectives, scope, milestones to incorporate into the schedule. Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule & cost) and prepare project baselines. Development and maintenance of Project plan templates for plan standardization. Defining the project level risks & prepare risk management plans, risk registers and reports.  Evaluate and recommend resource realignments to maintain project execution as per project plan. Prepare reports, data regarding schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource requirements, subcontractor commitments and project accruals. Arrange discussions with Project managers/ Global Operations through effective facilitation to derive project strategies and carry out make or buy decisions. Preparing adequate performance status reporting, variances to plan and takes corrective actions when necessary. Generate and analyze earned value reports to discuss status and actions with the Project team. Conducts financial analysis including variance, Risk, and win/loss/margin analysis. Prepares client and internal status reports to communicate cost status and documents trends Leading and managing teams and discussions with cross- functional/cultural including Engineering, Sales, Operations, Global counterparts, to deliver the project within approved budget & schedule constraints. Managing project changes, risks, and other non-standard events throughout project lifecycle, manage stakeholder communications and facilitate decision making. Experienced in handling global EPC’s, PMC’s and OEM’s and delivering multiple projects successfully within time, budget, and quality.
