• Conduct Compliance Assessment to address the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability parameters of Client and HCL assets based on the baseline and contractual controls of various Accounts within the organization.• Identify, analyze, evaluate risks and draft detailed reports. Update and maintain risk registers with complete information and track till closure.• Spearhead risk mitigation activities to monitor and measure compliance with security requirements, policies and processes to ensure account adherence to Infosec requirements.• Partner with other internal risk functions like Global Privacy Office, Regulatory Risk Team, BCM team, Vendor Risk team and assist in performing Privacy Impact Assessment, GDPR readiness assessments, HIPAA Gap analysis, Business Impact Assessment and other applicable activities.• Conduct regular review meeting with Account leadership to discuss the risk posture and advice on risk minimization. Enable business to front face Client & external audits (ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2).• Communicate Risks to non-IT business leadership and support function such as, HR, Admin, Legal, Contracting and others, through reporting and Governance.• Provide domain specific trainings to junior teammates, and groom them to become expert auditors
