 Identifying vital suppliers and scheduling management meetings to ensure timely delivery of parts for depots and urgent vehicle repair needs. Enhancing supplier performance and optimizing the utilization of the SDPR system for recording and resolving issues related to delivery performance and responsiveness. Creating health charts and facilitate Program Steering meetings with key stakeholders. Coordinating with analysts to manage supplier releases and shipments amidst the global chip shortage and allocation challenges. Conducting quarterly onboarding training sessions for all new suppliers to ensure adherence to Ford processes and systems. Developing and upholding a Bill of Material (BoM) with 100% accuracy, procure all required parts according to schedule, and support warehouse & build sites for Vehicle & Powertrain commodities. Assisting in managing Late Engineering Changes/Modifications to ensure availability of supplier parts for build events through Part Change Notification forums. Identifying incorrectly sourced parts and alert relevant stakeholders for updates to the release. Managing inventory replenishment processes to mitigate excess at other sites using MPN references. Collaborating with build planners & cross-functional teams to resolve part impounds at building sites. Ensuring timely payments to suppliers to enhance delivery performance. Providing weekly reports to the management team on supplier delivery performance & potential threats.

 Understand MRP and action on all PR’s. Communicate and update needs to supplier’s portfolio.  Anticipate, track and analyze supplier’s acknowledgement.  Anticipate potential Missing Parts and mitigate delivery issues through dedicated action plan.  Maintaining buffer stocks at supplier end based on monthly consumption rate. To ensure material availability on time and to maintain optimal inventory level. Track and get acknowledgement for Logistics and Packing specification. Ensure 100% data setup in SAP database to avoid manual work in purchase activities. Perform analysis on Inventory & raw material coverage. Issue RFQ's to suppliers in line with Tender requirements. Communicate engineering releases and change notices to suppliers.  Management of supplier performance, proactively addressing risks. Register Non Conformance reports(NCR) and ensure feedback and resolution of corrective actions by the supplier.  Participation in establishment of claims positions and management / negotiation of back charge Recovery. Assisting in tracking shipments and providing alternative information.  Analyzing impact during every addition & deletion of materials for different revisions of projects. Interact and monitor DSR with Logistics & Warehouse Executives on status of materials.  Arrange shipment pickup and Custom clearance. Ensure on time payment to supplier. Train new and existing team members on job basis on relevant tools or topics. Weekly report on individual project material status. Prepare and monitor monthly report on supplier delivery performance through Excel and ISIS portal. Held responsible for interfacing/coordinating logistics with production line and WH.
