1) Working experience in Installation and Commissioning of automatic LPG bottling Systems, like Vision Reader for Auto tare reading purpose, Carousel for filling cylinders, check scale for checking the quantity of LPG in cylinder, weight correction unit for correct the under or over filled cylinders, Electronic leakage detector for check the leakage of valve and bung in cylinders, O-ring leakage detector for check the quality of O-ring inside the valve.2) Working experience in ABB Gas analyzer. That analyze quantity of toxic content present in Smoke. Toxic gases like Sox (Sulphur Di-Oxide), No (Nitric Oxide). 3)Working experience in reactor, dryer, WHRB Boiler, Turbine, etc…4)Working experience in IOCL LPG bottling carousel which bottle around 48800 cylinders per day.5)Managing the Day to Day Maintenance activities of equipment’s such Field Instruments like Thermocouple, RTD, Control valve, Transmitters, Flow meter, valve leakage detector, O-ring leakage detector, filling Machine,etc...6)Having calibration experience in measuring & control instruments like load cells & filling systems.7) Having Knowledge in Safety precaution used in LPG bottling plant.
