Key activities include reviewing the Revenue Assurance function through control inspections, control reperformance, and mock call testing (completed three audit cycles in 2023 and one cycle in 2024)• Performed control assessments for a leading telecom service provider across Africa (worked in 2023 and 2024) • Contributed to the development of an internal EY tool focused on Revenue Assurance. • Performed Market Research Study to identify the key factors that the Esports stakeholders in India find attractive• Conducted secondary research on the esports industry• Conducted primary research with our stakeholders through an online survey to gather data on the esports landscape• Performed Data cleaning to remove errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the dataset• Analysed the data using statistical techniques such as R, SPSS, Excel, and Tableau• Provided actionable insights that were used to inform business decisions aimed at increasing engagement and funding for the esports platform
