1. Lead discussions with banks for new tie ups, CMS/MSF Charges, discussion on operational issues and installation of EDC at various outlets.2. Key involvement in cost-reduction measures by minimizing charge back debits on account of effective coordination between regional teams and vendor banks.3. Follow - up and coordination with Regional Team for resolving reconciliation gaps and with banks for any pending credits or charge back debits for reversal.4. Cash, cheque & card collection reconciliation for all outlets across pan India.5. Managing timely refund for card & cash transaction issues, there by ensuring customer satisfaction.6. Managing debtors' outstanding, buyback ageing analysis and other schemes' reconciliations.7. Monitoring micro-distribution businesses.8. Coordinating with IT Team of system improvement, thereby contributing to efficient practices within the organisation.9.
