CurrentI am working in quality executive experience in garment field.I am a production quality executive and work as a Quality executive in thefabric and cutting department.I have more experience in knitting fabric. The next step is to learn moreabout woven fabric and make progress on its way.I want to reach a higher possession in the textile field.I want to raise the quality of production in my work, the quality and level ofmanagement, and raise my knowledge.I want to summarize some of the responsibilities of my work.To ensure and attend the style meeting and pre production meeting.Conform the size set matched for approved sample.To ensure and conform the all trims and fabric.To monitor and follow the all department SOP.Monitoring all surveys that take place in all field.To monitor the needle policy and all safty objectives are follow.To ensure the all fabric inspection& lap test reports.Fabric inspection report to be verified and to release for cutting.To ensure that the cutting dept is using the approved pattern for bulk and linetemplate pattern.To ensure and verify the approved patterns matched for the cad marker.Report all the issues to Factory QA Manager.Maintaining internal reports & review QC work on daily basis.Conduct internal meeting for every style.Conduct training program for QC and Production Team.To get the traced pattern approval from NQC.Maintaining the all quality rejection and rework reports and details.RQS & QMS follow-up.Not only this, my ambition is to excel in all the departments in this textileindustry and work as a General Menager for a factory or quality head for anindividual buyer.
