CurrentIn my role, I ensured effective communication and escalation of all nodes, interfaces, application problems, and outages. I made sure that all nodes, applications, and processes were accurately mapped to custom tags, allowing for the right alerts to reach the appropriate stakeholders. I regularly provided chronic element and interface reports at the group level and responded promptly to all email requests, ensuring timely closure of tasks. I also facilitated proper shift handovers for pending tasks and incidents. Additionally, I implemented infrastructure and fiber monitoring to enhance service response times, conducted diagnostics on last-mile faults, and ensured link stability at all hierarchy levels. My focus was on automating manual identification processes and participating in new product and application testing (POC)
