Prototype design, getting customer approval and finally type approval or CE marking.Maintaining customer service agreements calibrating and repairing their product up to component level. Our main customers are ANITE, Motorola and Thales Communications.

Programming, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of analogue and digital mobile cellular equipment to both component and board level.Providing technical training and support by producing documentation and facilitating in-house training sessions for sales and service staff.Attendance of several product-specific training courses at Nokia Telecom's headquarters in order to maintain their product portfolio.
