Coordinate with statutory compliancesWelfare and safety issues.Coordinating with documents of personnel records.To counsel workers personal and work problems.To interpret company policies to workers.To help department heads to meet their obligations.To ensure implementation of labour laws.To maintain harmonious industrial relation inside the plant.To bring factory management the grievances of workers, industrial as well as collective.To maintain safe and healthy working condition.To carry out training program for employees.Responsible for ensuring adequate induction to new entrants. Ensure the induction schedule is expedited on time with adequate learning opportunities for new entrants.To establish rapport with Govt official.Responsible of compliance team during auditing and act as internal auditor before Buyers audit.Assisting in developing emergency control procedures.Reporting all incident/accident/near miss incidents in the factory/site.Conducting accident/incident investigations. Cooperate in preparation of a Human Resources Manual, which will form the complete HR reference document.
