New Product Development Specialist
Current*Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC machinery and tooling, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.*Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement*Maintain accurate records of product specifications, programming changes, and testing results for compliance and quality assurance.*Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.*Provide training and support to operators and technicians on CNC programming and machine setup to enhance team performance. *Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, ensuring efficiency and precision in manufacturing processes.
