Responsibilities:Network Monitoring: Performed 24x7 network monitoring and created trouble tickets for IP Core, Circuit Switching, Packet Core, VAS, OSS, and Fixed Broadband network elements.Alarm & KPI Monitoring:Monitored alarms and KPIs for core nodes in Australia, managed by VHA through remote sensing.Analyzed alarm severity to assess service impact and raise tickets accordingly.Handled trouble tickets for alarms in the live network and provided information to the Service Management team (Comms & IM for Paging P1, P2) and Delivery Manager.Correlated KPI impact and node alarms with ongoing changes as per CR service impact information, particularly for planned activities.Ensured all critical and major incidents were addressed within SLA response times and sent out critical alerts for such incidents.Ran bridge calls for all critical incidents with required teams and stakeholders to provide network performance updates and fault restoration updates.Mail Monitoring:Provided Change Request support for the Field Team, including pre-and post-checks before CR login and logoff.Created sequence numbers/tasks for technicians as per the requested details in emails.Coordinated with MTX Security engineers to arrange access for technicians.Frequently monitored the mailbox to ensure all NMC-related emails were responded to. Created incidents for internal teams and third parties based on mail requests.Conducted pre-and post-checks while providing site access or log-off.Reports & Other Activities:Prepared various reports and circulated them to all stakeholders.Prepared Monthly Operations Reports (L0-Operation reports - Total INCs/CRs) and circulated them to the Service Management team and Delivery Managers.Performed as a Shift Lead, handling the team during shifts and maintaining floor ethics.Clarified doubts and queries from engineers, IMs, and other teams. Verified reports before circulation.Monitored and responded to all NMC-related emails.
