I was responsible for scaling design systems and guidelines as Jumbotail was scaling from one city to Pan-India. Closely worked with Merchandising, Decision science and Business teams to understand the performance of the campaigns and improve them with customer understanding. I also had the opportunity to understand the audience through Field research (Supply chain and Kirana). I also explored many ways to reduce manual work and use tools to automate banners. I have worked on several high GMV campaigns, Marketing videos, and Feature release videos.During this time. Jumbotail celebrated its 5th Anniversary and I was part of an initiative to make 2 videos per day for customers throughout the month as a marketing initiative.

I predominantly worked on Daily Business-Creative Operations and ad-hoc Campaigns.I was responsible for Decreasing the TAT for the banners while sticking to the brand language and making sure that the target audience would perceive the information as intended. I was also closely working with Catalog and merchandising teams to establish guidelines for different properties available. I have also worked on short animated trailers for feature releases and major sales events
