Responsibilities: Tablespace Management User Management – Creating users, roles, granting privileges and profiles etc. Monitoring the database growth  Database Health check RMAN Backups Export / Import AWS major/minor version upgrades Deliver Great Customer Experience - 100% of operational KPIs should be Green with Zero Escalation and 100% on-time delivery Understand BAU and Project delivery Work on the L1 related tasks Cross Skill the Core technologies Resolve incidents and SRs with appropriate solutions – meet zero Reopens count Alerts and emails should be addressed without any follow-ups Consistently join/attend meetings on schedule, or delegate meetings to appropriate resources Contribute SOP Creations –at least one per quarter – stretch – two On Call Supporting
