My responsibilities include:Preparing detailed reports on maintenance strategy by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of autonomous and preventive maintenance (AM & PM).Conceptualizing and implementing strategies and protocols for the repair, maintenance, and testing of ROV products.Enforcing and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Maintenance department, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015.Overseeing budgeting, procurement scheduling, and project management activities within the maintenance department.Managing the resource and inventory store for ROVs and their subsystems.Maintaining and improving mechanical and electrical workshop and testing facilities, ensuring compliance with all statutory, legal, and company safety requirements.Developing and conducting regular training programs on maintenance procedures for employees.Supporting the assembly, testing, and validation of ROVs, including on-site maintenance.Acting as the Management Representative for QMS and OHSMS programs, implementing and maintaining related processes and procedures.Managing a multi-tier team of managers and engineers, setting up and tracking KPIs, and handling performance management.Establishing, managing, and overseeing an in-house Learning Management System.Overseeing project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Serving as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring all processes and procedures are compliant and properly implemented.
