I give a 360° effect by influencing employees to generate success within the business, helping people recognise their full potential and realise their goals.My wealth of experience in relationship management and L&D, I have influenced new and existing employees by training them in the expectations and operations required by the business. Planning, delivering and evaluating training has been fundamental in all my roles, collaborating with stakeholders to meet shared business goals. I am recognised amongst my colleagues for my compassionate nature, developing skills and stepping up; when it comes to training and managing people, my motivation is limitless.
