Naipunyavikasam Project: A 10-Day Success StoryProject Overview:The Naipunyavikasam project aimed to enhance skill development and employability among students in Visakhapatnam.It was a collaborative effort between APSSDC and IL&FS to create opportunities for skill training, recruitment, and employment.Tight Schedule:Despite the challenges, we managed to execute the project within a tight schedule.The entire process, from recruitment to training and appointment, happened in just 10 days.Key Activities:Drives at PMRC Paderu and AU Visakhapatnam:We conducted recruitment drives at PMRC Paderu and Andhra University (AU) Visakhapatnam.These drives attracted a large number of students eager to participate in the project.Recruitment:We meticulously screened candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and enthusiasm.The goal was to identify individuals who would benefit from the project and contribute effectively.Training:Selected candidates underwent rigorous training sessions.The training covered various aspects, including technical skills, soft skills, and industry-specific knowledge.Appointment at 107 Schools:The most remarkable achievement was the appointment of trained candidates at 107 schools in Visakhapatnam.These appointments were highly appreciated by both APSSDC and IL&FS.Impact:The Naipunyavikasam project had a significant impact on the local community.It provided employment opportunities to deserving candidates and contributed to the overall development of the region
