- Provided a solution suite, Opticash, which improved cash management for Royal Bank of Canada & Bradesco- Developed an end-to-end MLOps pipeline that imported cloud-based ATM datasets, engineered novel features like data drift detection, and created models to forecast cash withdrawals using Facebook Prophet & Azure ML- Ran a Spark UDF to parallelize cleaning, validation and Prophet hyperparameter tuning across 2,000 ATMs, which reduced data processing from 24+ hours to 20 minutes and increased model accuracy by around 5%
