My duties and responsibilities included:Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of office computer.• Management of Kenya Integrated Electoral Management System during elections.• Deployment and providing ICT field support to elections officials during elections.• Transmission of results during the electoral process.• Keeping records of ICT infrastructure to ensure safety and availability during elections.• Classification & Indexing of records• Ensuring easy records access and retrieval• Ensuring records security• Archiving inactive records• Digitizing paper records through scanning and uploading them into an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

My duties and responsibilities included:Lending and collecting books, periodicals, videotapes, and other materials at the circulation desk• Sorting books, publications, and other items according to established procedures and returning them to shelves, files, or other designated storage areas.• Locating library materials for clients, including books, periodicals and other publications• Instructing clients on how to use reference sources, card catalogs, and automated information systems.• Inspecting returned books for condition and due-date status, and compute any applicable fines.• Answering routine inquiries, and referring clients in need of professional assistance to librarians.
