I've been working on Software Development for more than 16 years.During this time I've worked mostly on the Defence & Automotive Safety Critical sectors.I've specialized in Technical Leading/Management & Software Architecture.I've worked with most Software Development Methodologies, lately mostly in Scrum or Scrum of Scrums. Having also helped Tailoring the Scrum process for Safety Critical Environments.During the past years I've also been responsible for creating and training Scrum teams, as well as, coaching & mentoring more junior elements of the teams.In the positions held I've also been responsible for client interaction, managing client's expectations, clarifying Requirements/US, ensuring delivery.
