Invited by former KPMG Manager and Partner to join them at Derovo, being in charge of operational projects’ management and reporting directly to the Board of Directors. • Led the set-up of Europe’s biggest egg products’ plant by setting up and monitoring a 6-month schedule and coordinating the activities of 5 General Directors (sales budgeted > €40M).• Restructured the Financial and Commercial Departments in post-merger integration achieving a 15% decrease on Days Receivables level and 25% downsize in the Commercial Call-Centre. • Presented the Group’s 2011 global budget to Derovo’s shareholders, forecasting the consolidation between Portuguese and Spanish operations (sales forecasted > €65M).

Participated in several Sales and Operational due diligences to support multiple transactions:• Evaluated main assumptions underlying the projections that support bank valuations of a potential merger between #1 egg products company in Portugal and #2 egg products company in Spain (NewCo compound sales > €60M). • Analysed the feasibility of Emparque’s (#1 car park company in Portugal) financial model, supporting the client on the acquisition of a major Spanish car park company (transaction value > €450M) – Final global adjustment on Sales > 9%. • Developed a strategic assessment of DST S.A. Group’s spin-off regarding its metal fabrication business line, including external analysis of the market (estimated market size > €470M) and evaluation of competitive position.
