I was born in Angola on July 2, 1973 and traveled with my parents to Portugal in 1975, where I studied until the 12th year of schooling.I joined the military service in 1993, for the Airborne Troops, I served with the sergeant's graduation.I administered several operational courses with a view to preparing the first and second contingents that were sent on a mission to Kosovo in 1996.I joined the Public Security Police, in 1998, having exercised leadership functions in pedestrian patrol teams, in a fast intervention vehicle, traffic operations.
