“Aqui e Agora: mindfulness” (Matéria-Prima Edições, 2015) is the first book about mindfulness lauched by a portuguese author. It is a book based on ZBHD (a 8-week mindfulness protocol), developed by the author and tested by more than 2.000 people around the globe.
