Have been also coaching the Chinese Ice Cream Application Team of DuPont Nutrition and Health (Shanghai) for a number of years. Based In Dubai since June 2013, as a Vice President of Pure Ice Cream for 2 years. In 2015 I have joined ABC, to create and lead a new Premium Gourmet Ice Cream Category (when patisserie meets Ice cream). The new Category became a winner in less than 2 years. I have designed and supplied the best ice cream in town to the best hotels and restaurants in UAE (Serendipity3, Armani cafe, Magnolia Bakery, Al Habtoor Hotels , Subzero/Hub Zero , Icons coffee couture (non sugar added ice cream range) and many others. In April 2017 I initiated a new cool venture as one of the founders of Jelly Belly Gourmet Ice Cream - a worldwide launch from Middle East - Dubai . A truly exciting project , rich in gourmet relevance and a BIG and BOLD / memorable experience in the retail segment to all ice cream lovers. As a GM and Chief Innovation Officer I have been responsible for the design of the concept, including a new plant and for the creation of a portfolio of 50 gourmet flavors that have been produced in a state of art factory located in Dubai !
