CurrentAreas of specialization:- Project and Program Management specializing in Transition and Transformation Program Management including transition sales support, transition solution shaping, transition program execution and service stabilization- Managed vendors, partners & third party integration by robust governance & reporting.- Experienced on working across Geos – APAC, EALA, NA and across Operating Groups- Lead teams on proposal development, RFP, RFI, due diligence, solution design, transition approach, and business continuity plans on multiple projects - Participate in solution review calls, client workshops and Orals - Coordinating with operations and support functions (such as HR, Technology, Networks etc.) to ensure that their views are incorporated into the proposal- Service Design, Service Management consulting, Set-up and Implementation- Service Delivery and People Management
