Vincencia Adusei is the President of VASE Management and VASE Development. VASE is a full-service Construction Management firm and also develops its properties. As President, Vincencia has been involved in the construction and development of housing, municipal, educational, historic renovation, and commercial properties throughout Connecticut since 2007. She serves as Principal in Charge of all VASE projects and administers AA/EOE Policy. With 14 years of experience, Vincenica has worked in every management capacity, including construction management, cost development, business management, and consulting services.Vincencia has 14 years in the construction industry, all with VASE, over $1B in construction experience, over $26M in project experience, over 5M SF of construction experience, and extensive experience in constructing large-scale projects. Vincencia clients include public and private owners.
