Identify the detailed scope of work and prepare the project brief.II. Developing and delivering Pre-Contracts cost plan along with presenting Pre-tender estimates.III. Analyze the procurement strategy and scope of matrix to discern the nominated contractor’s scope.IV. Review the architectural, Structural, ID Fit-out and MEP drawings to compile the Item-checklist.V. Developing the comprehensive measurement sheet and extract the quantities from the architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.VI. Utilize the pricing preambles to compile the detailed Bill of Quantity(BOQ) with corresponding descriptions.VII. Identify the technical queries and obtain the confirmation from the Engineer / Employer.VIII. Conduct the meeting with client to resolve the discrepancies.VIII. Maintain the document register and folder management to ensure smooth communication with clients.IX. Maintain tracking / monitor sheets for ongoing and upcoming projects.X. Conduct the thorough audit of quantities, Identify the variation between Tender drawings and IFC (Issued for construction) drawings.

Pre- Contracts Management:  Establish the client’s requirement and undertake feasibility studies with project team, perform value management and cost control  Participate and record the management meeting related to value management  Interfacing with design team and supervision teams to ensure cost effectiveness of project  Prepare cost plan and value engineering to help the design team control the expenditure and to ensure that the project cost is kept within the agreed budget  Preparing the budget analysis during the Value Engineering procedures and submitting the budget analysis comparing the report to the client  Collaborate with engineers to determine the specifications of the project.  Co-ordination with the Management to identify to change in scope, Clarifications regarding the work during bidding process.  Check and review quantity measurements and Prepare the Quantity Survey Reports  Provide the required technical support, assistance and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities covering tender evaluation, measurement, certification and payments  Assist with the pre-qualification of separate contractors, vendors and suppliers.  Commercially review contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements and bid tabs.  Prepare contract documents to be able to have a legally binding reference on the agreement and conditions between the contractor and the clients  Measurement, Analysis and Evaluation of works in accordance with the conditions of contract  Identifying, Analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks  Monitor all the cost and contractual aspect and report directly to Management Preparing & Submitting Project Cost Control Report to management and Identify potential financial or construction risks Identifying the Critical Issues of the project and taking mitigation action by discussing with responsible department.

 Checking, referring and comparing Tender drawings with BOQ & Specification  Quantity Take off from tender drawings and prepare comparative BOQ for RFQ  Analysis and assessment of tender returns, production of tender reports including any necessary negotiations with contractor and adjustment to scope of works to achieve the established budget.  Ensure implementation, sustaining of construction quality and safety programe  Prepare required documents for the technical documents like (Method statement, Suppliers & Subcontractor list, Pre-Qualification  Evaluate Project Manager’s Instruction (PMI) and Work Authorization Order (WAO) based on contract terms and reconcile with contractors to assess cost effects and to resolve issues in variation  Identifying performance issues that need to be brought to the attention of the Manager  Maintaining proper and complete communication on all project related issues.  Manage entire tender process initially with sending EOI until finalization and awarding the work to best suitable bidder  Monitor, track and analyze changes to the scope of works (Via EI,Drawing Changes,(Contract vs IFC),any other form of instructions  Manage the progress of progressive subcontractors payment and finalization of subcontractor's final account
